ASTORIA — A Queens bar is getting into the holiday spirit on Sunday — but not the Easter holiday.
Snowdonia Pub in Astoria will be offering a special menu of stoner-inspired eats on April 20, also known as 4/20 — a day associated with marijuana-smoking culture — with a "Munchathon" celebration.
The offerings include a decadent burger served between two deep-fried buns of mac and cheese. Other items on the menu include crispy fried chicken drumsticks, skirt steak and kimchi tacos, barbeque chicken fried gyoza and a "Cereal Panna Cotta," for dessert — panna cotta sprinkled with Froot Loops, Cocoa Crispies, and Apple Jacks.
The menu will be made available Sunday starting promptly at 4:20 p.m.
The feast will also coincide with Queens Beer Week, in which bars across the borough will be hosting events to celebrate the borough's brews.
"Whether or not you happen to partake in [that thing that makes you really, really want food like now], you're going to want to sample this smorgasbord of sweet, savory, scrumptious snacks," reads a description of the event on Snowdonia's website.
