BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A teenaged thief snatched the cellphone of a woman riding the C train in Bed-Stuy last month, police said Monday.

The 25-year-old woman was riding the Manhattan-bound C train around 8:15 p.m. on Feb. 11 when an unidentified teenager grabbed the phone from her hands, ran from the train and fled Ralph Avenue station, police said.

Surveillance video caught the alleged thief, described by police as about 5-foot-10 and in his late teens wearing a black bubble jacket with a white design and a black hat.
