GRANT CITY — Police are hunting a Staten Island man they said used a blunt object to beat a woman in the head.
David Ruiz, 24, hit a 22-year-old woman inside a Midland Avenue home on Feb. 21, police said.
The blow caused a laceration to the woman's head, police said.
Police released a photo of Ruiz, who was described as having a tattoo of a dragon on his arm.
