STATEN ISLAND —Police are looking for a man suspected of pistol-whipping another man after the two got into a verbal argument.
Brendan Smith, 31, allegedly hit a 40-year-old man with a silver firearm about 5 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Mallory and Foch avenues in Arrochar. He left bruises on the victim’s right eye, the NYPD said.
Smith drove off in a silver Chevrolet four door sedan with New Jersey license plates, police said.
He is 6-foot and weighs 185 pounds, police said.
