WILLIAMSBURG — The neighborhood known for its scruffy hipsters is redefining its image with a glitzy new building.

Real-estate giant 101 Bedford is opening a new upscale complex across from McCarren Park, with 81 units as well as a roof deck with a mini-beach and a recording and photography studio.

The posh pads feature hardwood floors, stainless steel kitchens with Cesarstone countertops, matte porcelain bathrooms and oversized windows with breathtaking views of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The building, which is surrounded by heated sidewalks, includes a 2,500-square-foot fitness center with an indoor pool and hot tub, men’s and women’s saunas and a game room with a billiards table and Wii stations.

It will also have a canine cleaning station and a partnership with a dog-walking and pet-sitting service.

Studios at the building, located on Bedford Avenue between North 11th and 12th streets, start at $2,450 per month, while one-bedrooms will go for $2,995. Renters will have to fork over $4,725 for two-bedroom apartments.

Building D, as the new structure has been dubbed, opens just six months after 101 Bedford first put its sleek apartments on the market with Buildings A and B, which are now 95 percent occupied. Building C opened in November.

“Traffic has been steady since the day we opened, even during this past holiday season,” co-developer Yoel Sabel, of Halcyon Management, said in a release. “I think 101 Bedford resonates with people because the apartments are beautiful and comfortable, and the amenities, over the top."
