QUEENS — Police released a video Thursday showing what they say is a gang-related shooting, hoping it will lead to an arrest of a suspect who shot another man on Halloween, the NYPD said.

The shooting occurred around 7 p.m. at 148th Street and 88th Avenue in Jamaica, police said.

The 21-year-old victim, who according to the NYPD, is a member of the Latin Kings, was struck three times in the torso. The man was taken to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition, police said.

The shooter, who was wearing a black baseball hat, a black jacket and a red scarf, fled on foot, the NYPD said.

It was not clear what prompted the shooting.
