UPPER EAST SIDE — The sculptor behind the East River Roundabout and JFK’s Star Sifter is working on another abstract art piece for New York City.

Alice Aycock, is set to install six aluminum art pieces, which range from 12 to 24 feet high, along the Park Avenue Malls between 66th and 52nd streets.

“Much of the energy of the city is invisible," Aycock wrote of the exhibit, called "Chasing Paper," on her website. “The works are the metaphorical visual residue of the energy of New York City.”

Although the pieces aren’t scheduled to be up until Spring 2014, photos of them will be shown to the public Thursday at 6:30 p.m. during Community Board 8’s Parks Committee meeting at the Lenox Hill Hotel.

The committee is expected to approve the project.
