HARLEM — A bus accident on the Major Deegan Expressway left 15 people injured and sparked a weekend rush hour traffic nightmare, according to officials.
A bus traveling northbound on a ramp to the Major Deegan Expressway near the Cross Bronx Expressway collided with four other vehicles at approximately 4:30 p.m. Friday, an FDNY spokesman said.
All the injuries were minor, according to fire officials.
Major traffic delays are expected, according to a city office of emergency management tweet.
