THE BRONX — Cops arrested a Bronx man Wednesday, two days after he shot and killed his neighbor in their University Heights apartment building, the NYPD said.

Enraged by an ongoing feud, Lamont Jones shot Ibushio Sealey twice about midnight Monday inside 2290 Andrews Ave., a police spokesman said.

Sealey, 35, was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced dead, cops said.
