LOWER EAST SIDE — Looking for some legs with your laughs?

“Schtick A Pole in It!" will host its 10th event this Saturday night with performances that combine the sexy act of pole dancing and stand-up comedy.

The event, held at R Bar at 218 Bowery, aims to give pole dancers — who are not strip club performers but everyday people doing it as a workout — a platform to dance and perfect their routines.

"You are hoisting your self up, spinning, [holding on with] one arm, one leg — a lot of them are in incredible shape," said the show's creator and host, JoAnna Ross, 38, a stand-up comedian who also teaches yoga at a pole-dancing school.

During the two-hour performance, dancers ranging from a nurse and violinist to a model and pole-dance instructor will take the stage.

"We are the only show out there where girls can come and perform without a crazy competitive atmosphere," said Ross, referring to serious contests such as the World Pole Dancing Championships.

"Like comedy, if I don't perform in front of an audience," she added, "I don't get better."

Tickets to “Schtick A Pole in It!" are $15 and can be purchased online. The event begins at 8 p.m.
