Two Shot, One Fatally, Outside Gravesend's Marlboro Houses

CONEY ISLAND — A man was shot to death and another wounded when gunfire erupted outside the Marlboro Houses early Friday, police said.

Perice Brown, 27, was blasted multiple times in the torso outside the complex on Avenue V, near Stillwell Avenue, around 1:25 a.m., police said. He was rushed to Coney Island Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A 21-year-old man was also shot in the arm and was taken to Lutheran Hospital in stable condition, police said.

No arrests have been made.
