LOWER EAST SIDE — Police were seeking a bike-riding bandit Friday who snatched a purse off a woman in East River Park and a second man who later used her stolen credit card.

Cops said the 27-year-old woman was walking in East River Park near Jackson Street about 8 p.m. on June 18 when she had her purse stolen by a bald man in his 20s, last seen wearing a dark gray hoodie.

The man fled the scene on his bike, the NYPD said.

An hour later, a second man was seen in a surveillance video using the victim's stolen credit at a Duane Reade at 194 Avenue B, police said.

Police described the second man as 5-foot-10, between 35 and 40 years old, 180 pounds, with salt and pepper hair. He was last seen wearing a yellow T-shirt and light shorts.
