HARLEM — A high-end sports lounge and restaurant called 2647 is coming soon to Frederick Douglass Boulevard.
Named for its address, the bar and eatery between West 141st and West 142nd streets will feature 12 high-definition flat-screen televisions, including an 80-inch set above its 1,000-square-foot main bar.
It is scheduled to open Aug. 3.
In addition to a lounge area and an open-air patio, a separate VIP room will be available for private parties and bottle service, 2647's management said in a press release.
The menu, dashed with hints of southern and Cuban influences, includes chicken and waffles, chimichurri skirt steak and chili cheese-topped tater tots. The lounge will also offer full bar service, wines on tap and cocktails.
