HUNTERS POINT — It's the end of a real estate-era.

TF Cornerstone, which helped transform the Long Island City waterfront into a booming community of luxury high-rises, is near completion on its sixth and final residential building on Center Boulevard, the company announced in a press release Monday.

Construction has topped out at 46-10 Center Blvd., a 25-story rental that sits directly behind the iconic Pepsi-Cola sign. The property is the final building in TF Cornerstone's East Coast project, which broke ground a decade ago on a 21-acre waterfront site that used to house a PepsiCo. bottling plant.

"When TF Cornerstone broke ground in Long Island City over ten years ago, we envisioned the creation of a family-friendly community with convenient access to Manhattan, spacious luxury apartments and a sprawling amount of outdoor open space," Sofia Estevez, the company's vice president, said in a statement.

"4610 Center Boulevard is the final piece of this plan, and topping off this tower is a significant milestone in the waterfront's history. It's a true sign of the area’s immense growth since its days as an industrial hub."

The building will be home to 585 units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, the company said, and will offer amenities like a fitness center and 24-hour concierge.

Another TF Cornerstone building, 4545 Center Boulevard, started leasing in May and boasts a 50,000-square-foot landscape terrace with a real sand beach-volleyball court, among other luxuries.
