QUEENS — Long Island City is set to give Brooklyn a run for its money as a flea market destination.

The neighborhood is getting its second flea market starting next month, with the debut of the QNS Urban MKT, an indoor food and craft fair that will run every Saturday in the Standard Motors Products building at 37-18 Northern Blvd., near 37th Avenue.

The market is being sponsored by the company that owns the building, Acrumen Capital Partners, and two of its best-known commercial tenants — Brooklyn Grange, which operates a one-acre farm on the building's roof, and locally-sourced cafe Coffeed.

According to its website, the market will feature "everything from antiques to food to vintage collectibles."

"Come in and enjoy our array of food, drink, handmade crafts, and vintage clothing from our local New York vendors," the market's Facebook page reads. "Afterwards, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the neighborhood and Manhattan skyline from the Brooklyn Grange rooftop farm."

QNS Urban MKT is set to open in late August, according to its website.

It will be the second flea market to open in Long Island City this year, joining the popular outdoor LIC Flea & Food, which started up in June on the waterfront in Hunters Point.
