PARK SLOPE — A restaurant that specializes in raw, gluten-free, vegan food lost a chunk of green recently, and it wasn't a glass of wheat grass juice.

An ex-employee of Sun in Bloom, on Bergen Street between Fifth and Flatbush avenues, was arrested July 19 after she allegedly stole $1,046 from a cash drawer in the restaurant, according to a police report.

Police arrested 31-year-old Theresa Dolan in connection with the crime. The restaurant's owner said a cell phone video showed Dolan allegedly taking the cash from the drawer, and Dolan allegedly sent the owner an email admitting the theft, according to the police report. Dolan was charged with felony grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny, court records show.

Other notable crimes from this week's blotter at the 78th Precinct include the following, with details from police reports:

• An antique bracelet worth approximately $5,000 was stolen from an apartment on Dean Street between Fourth and Fifth avenues on July 19. The 54-year-old victim came home to find items in his apartment out of place, and the second floor window open. The missing bracelet was a gold "double band" bracelet with 10 diamonds and seven pearls, the victim told cops.

• An $1,850 bicycle was stolen from Brooklyn Cycle Works on July 15. A 26-year-old store employee told cops he was busy helping a customer when someone came into the store, on Vanderbilt between Dean and Bergen streets, grabbed a red All-City "Mr. Pink" road bike, and fled.

• A woman had her purse stolen while she was filling up her car with gas at the Hess Station on Union Street between Third and Fourth avenues on July 17. The victim left her purse in her car, which had the windows open, while she went to go pay for her fuel. Video surveillance showed someone grabbing the bag out of the vehicle and running away.

• A 23-year-old Queens resident had her iPhone stolen while she was riding the R train on July 17. The victim told cops she got on at the 86th Street stop, and the thief boarded the train at 36th Street. When the train pulled into the Union Street stop, the thief, who was sitting behind the woman, grabbed her iPhone 5 out of her hand and ran away.
