Lopez was visiting the baby at 2090 Seventh Ave. near West 125th Street when she left with him about 3 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

The Queens resident who lives at 7400 Shorefront Pkwy. then sped off in a tan 1995 Lexus ES300 with the license plate GEX1377, according to state authorities.

An Amber Alert was issued statewide a little before 4 a.m. Wednesday to help find the the pair.

The early morning alert startling some New Yorkers before dawn.

"Anyone else in NYC get woken up at 4am by an alarm on your iPhone for an Amber Alert? I'm usually sleeping at 4am, not looking for babies," tweeted macintoshmoon.

Lopez has been charged with custodial interference.
