UPPER WEST SIDE — A woman who claimed she was raped in Riverside Park by an attacker posing as a cop and an "FBI agent" early Thursday has recanted her story, police said.

The unidentified woman, who is 44 years old, told investigators she was walking south along Riverside Drive at West 74th Street about 5 a.m. when she was approached from behind.

The would-be attacker then turned her around and said, “I’m a cop. I’m with the FBI,” sources said.

But by Thursday night, she changed her story, police said. She told cops the encounter was consensual, sources said.

No arrests have been made, police said.
