MANHATTAN — Put down the push-up.

A spa chain in Manhattan is offering women a "cleavage-lifting" facial — which includes a "lymph-draining" breast massage to tone skin, the owners said.

"Most women want to expose their beautiful skin," said Grace MacNow, owner of Graceful Services Spa. "We're clearing up the skin, making the skin smooth."

A statement about the breast treatment further explains: "Embrace your lovely ladies and treat them and yourself to a day at the spa. We pack them all day without relief in bras; they deserve a little TLC too."

MacNow, 62, whose three salons are in Midtown East, the Midtown East-Upper East Side border, and Chelsea, explained that this cleavage facial works a lot like a regular facial — with a cleanser, masque and steam treatment.

And, much like a traditional facial, women with chest acne will also undergo "extraction," a process whereby blackheads and whiteheads are removed with a sterilized metal instrument, she said.

"For the chest, not so many people need to be extracted," she added. "They just need to do the exfoliation to take the dead skin off."

What's different, MacNow said, is the lymph-draining component, featuring a "ginseng cream."

"We're doing a lymph-draining massage on the pectoralis minor and pectoralis major. Lymph is fluid, so we drain the fluid and make muscles more toned. You drain the fluid and you'll make [the muscles] stick up and make cleavage," she said.

The massage component does turn off some ladies, she said, but the most committed customers have absolutely no problem, she said.

"Not so many women want to be touched. People mostly want to get facials. Some people are shy.  We will ask them before they go on the table," she said.

However, she added, "When they call me, they're ready. Most people really like to open up and let us work."

Though the cleavage technique has been available at Graceful's three locations for a while, the price has been discounted for the summer — the service costs $100 for 80 minutes and $80 for 50 minutes.

MacNow hopes more women will warm up to the cleavage facial in time for the season's skin-baring clothing styles.

"Summer is coming," she said. "It will smooth your wrinkles."
