HIGH BRIDGE — A 34-year-old man was shot in the head and killed near West 171st Street Sunday night, police said.
Tommy Dawson, a Bronx resident, was found wounded near Ogden Avenue about 9:15 p.m., officials said, about a block from two local playgrounds.
Dawson was rushed to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where he died, police said.
The circumstances of the shooting were not immediately available, but cops said the investigation was ongoing. No arrests have been made.
