NEW YORK CITY — A woman was struck and killed by an F train during Friday morning's rush hour commute in Queens, according to the FDNY.

The woman, whose identity was not immediately released, was hit by the train inside of the Sutphin Boulevard Station, in Jamaica, just before 6:30 a.m., a fire official said.

She was pronounced dead at the scene, the spokesman said.

There was no F train service between 179th Street and Union Turnpike as of 7:09 a.m., according to the MTA's website.
