Two Women Arrested for 2008 Murder, Police Seek Third Suspect

HARLEM — Police have arrested two suspects and are looking for a third nearly five years after a 36-year-old man was killed in Harlem.

Artlone Gayle was shot in the torso in his West 150th Street building on June 24, 2008. He was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Years after the crime, Krystal Greenridge, 27, was arrested on March 7, police said.

Lakema Webb, 25, was taken into police custody the following day, cops said.

The women, both of The Bronx, are charged with murder, burglary and robbery, police said.

Police are still looking for Duwayne Burton, 32, in connection with the killing. He was described as a Bronx resident, standing about 5-feet-10-inches and weighing 155 pounds.

Police did not immediately provide information about the circumstances of the killing.
