One of the tenants of the unit showed police into a back bedroom, according to the NY Daily News, and another tenant who the paper described as "emotionally disturbed" was taken into custody by police.

Nobody had been arrested and nobody was in custody as of Sunday night, police told DNAinfo.com New York.
