Man Robs Brooklyn Subway Sandwich Shop With Box Cutter, Cops Say

BUSHWICK — A Brooklyn thug ordered a sandwich Tuesday, but then decided he wanted a little extra, police said.

The bandit placed his order about 3 p.m. inside a Subway sandwich shop at 1432 Myrtle Ave. but, as his meal was being made, drew a box cutter and demanded cash, according to the NYPD.

The employee complied and the suspect fled, cops said.

No one was injured.

The sandwich bandit was wearing a dark hoodie with the word "Park" emblazoned on the back.
