
HARLEM — A person was hit by a 2 train at the Central Park North-110th Street station Tuesday morning, an MTA spokesman said.
The southbound train struck the victim who was standing on the platform about 10 a.m., the spokesman said.
The victim was taken to St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center with minor injuries, an FDNY spokesman said.
The circumstances of the incident were not immediately clear.
Southbound 2 trains will run along the 5 line between 149th Street and Nevins Street, according to the MTA website. In addition, 3 trains are suspended between 148th Street and 96th Street.
