13-Year-Old Boy Mugged for Cellphone in The Bronx, Police Say

THE BRONX — Police are looking for a man accused of mugging a 13-year-old boy in The Bronx earlier this month.

The suspect grabbed the victim's cellphone about 4:30 p.m. Jan. 20 in the 41st Precinct, which covers parts of the South Bronx, and then fled, police said. A video released by the NYPD shows the victim wearing a backpack and walking alone.

Police described the suspect as an 18-to-25-year-old man.
