BOROUGH PARK — A 60-year-old man died when a fire swept through his home Sunday afternoon, according to the NYPD.

Firefighters rushed to 1268 52nd St., near New Utrecht Avenue, about 2 p.m. and battled a roaring fire, cops said.

When they got the fire under control, Wai-Hung Li was discovered unconscious and unresponsive in his apartment, authorities said.

Li was taken to Lutheran Medical Center, where he died, cops said.

The medical examiner's office will determine the cause of death.

Two firefighters also suffered minor injuries in the blaze, an FDNY spokesman said. They were taken to New York Methodist Hospital.

The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
