STATEN ISLAND — Police are hunting for a Staten Island woman they say used a stolen debit card to take money from a Manhattan ATM.
On Dec. 28, the woman entered the JP Morgan Chase Bank on 525 Broadway at around 3:15 p.m. and used the stolen card in the ATM to withdraw money from the victim’s account, police said.
The woman was last seen wearing a black jacket and dark colored pants, police said.
