Cat Burglar Swiped Jewelry from SoHo Apartment, Cops Say

MANHATTAN — A daring cat burglar climbed a SoHo fire escape and swiped jewerly from an apartment last week, police said.

The suspect climbed the fire escape at 119 Sullivan St., snuck through a window into an apartment, and made off with jewelry and two watches Friday night sometime between 11:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m., the NYPD said.

The suspect is described as between 25 and 30 years old and was last seen wearing glasses, a baseball cap, gray jacket, blue jeans, white sneakers and black gloves, police added.
