ASTORIA — Police are looking for a man accused of snatching a victim's iPhone in Astoria last month after pretending to be interested in buying it.

The victim, a 21-year-old man, hoped to sell the suspect his iPhone and allowed the suspect to examine it at Steinway Street and Broadway about 7 p.m. Oct. 16, police said.

The suspect grabbed the phone and fled, police said.

Police described the suspect as a 20-to-23-year-old man, 6 feet tall, with blonde hair, last seen wearing blue jeans and a gray sweatshirt.
