BROOKLYN — Three people were hurt when an ambulance and an SUV collided in Bedford-Stuyvesant Thursday evening, officials said.

The crash occurred just after 7 p.m. at Rockaway Avenue and Hull Street, the FDNY said.

The ambulance was not carrying any patients, but the two paramedics inside were injured, as was one person in the SUV, the NYPD said.

All three were taken to Kings County Hospital with back and neck injuries that were serious but were not believed to be life-threatening, the NYPD and FDNY said.

The circumstances of the crash were not immediately clear. The NYPD said no criminality was suspected.
