Man Wanted for Armed Livery Cab Robbery in Mott Haven

THE BRONX — Police are searching for a man wanted for robbing a livery cab driver at gunpoint in Mott Haven on Monday morning.

Around 6 a.m., police said the suspect entered the livery cab at 175th Street and Jerome Avenue. When the driver stopped at East 139th Street and Cypress Avenue, the suspect pulled out a silver gun and stole an unknown amount of cash before running away.

The suspect is described as between 25 and 30 years old.
