REGO PARK — A 40-year-old man was struck by school bus on Woodhaven Boulevard Tuesday morning, the FDNY said.

The victim was hit by the school bus at the intersection of Woodhaven Boulevard and 63rd Drive about 8:20 a.m., a department spokesman said.

Paramedics responded to the scene and treated the man, who was not seriously injured, the spokesman said. He was not immediately taken to a hospital.

It is unclear whether the school bus was carrying children at the time or where it was heading. A Department of Education spokeswoman did not immediately have information about the accident.
