Red Rooster, Sylvia's in Lineup for Harlem Restaurant and Retail Week

HARLEM — Harlem’s “Restaurant and Retail Week” is back.

Starting on Oct. 1 through Oct. 15, patrons will get the chance to indulge in the prix fixe menus at 24 of Harlem’s hottest eateries and stores.

Among the restaurants on deck are Marcus Samuelsen's Red Rooster, the famous Sylvia’s Restaurant and Moca Lounge on Frederick Douglass Blvd. Lenox Coffee, Harlem Tavern and other eateries are also on deck.

Three course dinner meals at the participating restaurants will cost $30.12, and lunches cost $20.12. To participate, shoppers just need to bring a copy of a coupon from Harlem Park to Park, the community improvement initiative presenting the event.

Among the buisinesses offering discounted goods include the Harlem Flo Boutique at 2276 Frederick Douglass Blvd. near 122nd Street and Bikram Yoga East Harlem at 4 E. 116th Street.
