FOREST HILLS — A man riding a bicycle was struck and killed by a truck Tuesday morning in an apparent hit-and-run, sources say.
Police say that the 38-year-old was hit around 6 a.m. on Queens Boulevard, near the intersection of Hoover Avenue.
The man was unconsicous when paramedics arrived on the scene, the Fire Department said.
He was taken to Jamaica Hopsital and was immediately pronounced dead.
