Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Minka Kelly and Julianne Hough Light Up Fashion Week

LINCOLN SQUARE — Blondes do have more fun — at least when they're Jenna Dewan-Tatum.

The actress and wife of "Magic Mike" hearththrob Channing Tatum showed off a new flaxen 'do last week, causing the style press to report the brunette had gone blonde. But it was only a wig, she admitted to us. “I had a week,” Dewan-Tatum said at the Naeem Khan show at the Lincoln Center tents. “So many people said, ‘You look better as a blonde.’ I thought, shoot, maybe I should dye my hair.” The hair change also brought with it a, well, new type of attention. “It was fun — you definitely get a different reaction," she said. "More people actually completely hit on you as a blonde. Maybe they think [blondes are] easy?”

“We should switch,” chimed in actress/dancer Julianne Hough, who wore her own choppy blonde hair down at the tents. “I have been everything — red, brown, blonde. I’m a toe-head blonde up until I was about 17, so I’ve been everything,” she explained. “I like to be different and change it up a bit” — kind of like the outfits she’s been rocking at the different fashion shows she’s attended this week, provided by the designers. “I loved the Carolina Herrera dress, but I was obsessed with the Theyskens Theory outfit that I wore.” For the record, Hough wore a black beaded Naeem Khan sweater to his show. “This is a really great little sweater.”

J. Crew creative director Jenna Lyons did it again. Last season, the brand's presentation featured a model that was her doppelganger — down to her signature glasses and lipstick. While that model didn't come back this season, one was dressed in a fashion similar to Lyons, wearing patterned pants and a blue striped shirt. Art imitating life?

Actress and Derek Jeter ex Minka Kelly was not at all sure about the outfit stylist Brad Goreski chose for her to wear to the Jenny Packham show. “Jenny Packham is known for her flowy and romantic dresses. That’s what I was hoping for and why I got excited to come,” she shared. “When he told me this was his favorite for me,” she said, gesturing to the form-fitting red-beaded sheath she wore at the show, “it was a little bit of a battle because it was not what I had in mind, but I’m trusting him.” She should.

Goreski’s outfits have been changing as much as each starlet's, with some not so well-advised, like wearing velvet slippers on Saturday when the rain came down in buckets. “I’m a girl about the city,” he shrugged. “I can take whatever mother nature throws at me.”

Kevin Jonas better be hoping his new reality show "Married to Jonas" proves to be a hit. His wife, Danielle Jonas (née Deleasa) was quite taken with the Badgley Mischka collection, sitting front row at the show at the tents Tuesday. “I honestly love everything,” she said.

Kevin chimed in, “It’s true. She kept saying, ‘I want that. I want that, I want that.’” As for the difference between being a pop star and doing a reality show, “They’re kind of one and the same,” he clarified. “Writing songs, we’re telling the stories of our lives. The show shows it.” He added, “We’re wrapped for now, but we’re never really done.” Or so he hopes.
