MIDTOWN — Fashion Week favorite Kim Kardashian joined supermodel Heidi Klum and other runway icons at a party celebrating the opening of shoe designer Brian Atwood's new Madison Avenue flagship Wednesday night.
The pre-Fashion Week fete for the designer — who was forced to tone down his risqué ad campaign featuring scantily clad models — drew other boldface names to the Four Seasons including supermodel Iman, Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte, stylist Rachel Zoe, and Paris and Nicky Hilton.
Atwood's new store at 655 Madison Ave. will reportedly feature the designer's largest collection of shoes and handbags. A large advertisement set to hang from the store showing a sexually charged scene featuring Victoria's Secret model Candice Swanepoel was reportedly rejected by the building.
