BROOKLYN — The body of an unidentified man with a stab wound to the head was found in Coney Island Sunday, police said.
Police arrested Iouri Kouzrine, 54, of West 20th Street in Coney Island, and charged him with murder Monday after obtaining a witness account, cops said.
Police discovered the victim's body after responding report of an unconscious man at Shore Parkway and Shell Road at 6:50 p.m. Sunday, police said.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, was pronounced dead by EMS at the scene, and police have not yet released the man's identity, pending family notification. An investigation is ongoing, an NYPD spokesman said.
