BROOKLYN — A motorcyclist was struck and critically injured by a hit-and-driver in Bedford-Stuyvesant early Monday, police said.
The victim, a man whose identity has not been released, was riding on Marcus Garvey Boulevard and Myrtle Avenue about 2:40 a.m. when a tan four-door sedan slammed into him from behind, the NYPD said.
The car sped off after the crash, cops said. There were no details on the car’s make and model.
The motorcyclist suffered head injuries and numerous broken bones, police said. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan in critical but stable condition.
