MIDTOWN — The priciest apartment in the country is up for grabs in Manhattan, and it could be yours for $100 million.

The penthouse on the 73rd floor of 150 W 56th St.'s City Spire Condominium building has three floors, six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a wrap around terrace, all squeezed into 11,000 square feet.

It's described as a "one-of-a-kind gem" by real estate agency Prudential Douglas Elliman whose broker,  Robert De Niro's son Raphael De Niro, has the exclusive listing.

The penthouse also features inlaid marble floors, a private elevator and a mahogany railed staircase.

Designed by Juan Pablo Molyneux, a member of Architectural Digest's AD100, it ranks among the most elite homes in America, according to the Prudential Douglas Elliman listing.
