'Mad Men' Star Jon Hamm Dresses as Apple for Williamsburg Comedy Show

BROOKLYN — "Mad Men" star Jon Hamm made a cameo at a comedy show in Williamsburg Thursday night, taking the stage dressed an apple to help send off a fellow actor moving to the West Coast.

Ham, who stars as Don Draper on the award-winning AMC series, appeared on stage at Williamsburg Park to wish comedian Kristen Schaal good luck in her move to Los Angeles.

The act was part of the free weekly comedy show "Pretty Good Friends," featuring a regular roster of comedians like Patton Oswalt, Todd Barry, Eugene Mirman and Mike Birbiglia.

Schaal, a staple of the New York comedy scene and frequent guest on "The Daily Show" and "30 Rock," has two more scheduled New York appearances before leaving for Tinseltown.

She was also presented with a Statue of Liberty cake that had her face on it.
