NEW YORK — A woman's leg was amputated in a horrific three-car crash on the Henry Hudson Parkway early Friday morning, the FDNY said.

Shortly before 5:30 a.m., the woman was driving north on the parkway near the West 79th Street exit when she collided with another car, the FDNY said. While she was standing on the road after the crash, a third car plowed into the scene.

The woman was rushed to St. Luke's Hospital, the spokesman said. Three others were evaluated at the scene and released.
