MANHATTAN —  Fires broke out in two cars parked inside a garage in Sugar Hill on Wednesday night, fire officials said.

Firefighters responded to a call about the two fires at 457 W. 150th Street near St. Nicholas Avenue shortly after 8 p.m., a fire spokesman said.

The fires, which were confined to two cars on the top floor of a four-story parking garage, were brought under control soon after that.

No one was injured in the incident, the spokesman said, and it was not immediately clear what sparked both blazes.
