LINCOLN SQUARE — A building maintenance worker was injured after he fell from a ladder while working on a cooling tower atop an Upper West Side building, sources said.

The man plunged 10 feet while working at 20 West 64th St., near Columbus Avenue, at 9:37 a.m., an FDNY spokesman said.

Sources said the worker was doing routine maintenance work.
