STATEN ISLAND — Staten Islanders will get a chance to test their tastebuds this weekend by acting as judges in a "Top Chef" competition.

The Bravo network will bring its 15-city "Top Chef: The Tour" to the Staten Island Mall's Heartland Village parking lot Saturday afternoon.

The tour will feature two former top chef contestants — Antonia Lofaso and Grayson Schmitz — competing in a live cook-off decided by a panel of local judges and audience members.

Fans of the show will be able to meet with the "cheftestants," learn some "Top Chef" secrets, and step into the judges shoes by rating their food themselves.

The tour will also stop Sunday at Gansevoort Plaza in Manhattan, with season three winner Hung Huynh competing against Lofaso.

The events will also feature games, including "Tip the Scale," where participants put items on a scale in order of weight.

The events are free to the public, and the live competitions start at 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
