Police Seek Robbers Who Held Up Bronx Storage Facilities at Gunpoint

THE BRONX — Police are looking for two men accused of holding up several storage facilities in the Bronx at gunpoint this month.

In each of the robberies, the men entered the storage company's office, pulled out a gun and demanded money, then fled with an unknown amount of cash, police said.

The pair struck first at Public Storage, 367 Southern Blvd., about 4:55 p.m. May 3, police said. On May 8, they robbed Secure Self Storage, 4268 Third Ave., about 12:30 p.m., and in the most recent robbery, they held up Extra Space Storage, 2875 Edson Ave., about 1:50 p.m. May 9, police said.

Police described the suspects as 25 to 30 years old, 5-feet-8 to 5-feet-10, and 160 to 170 pounds.
