HELL'S KITCHEN — A 23-year-old man was fatally struck by a car while crossing a Hell’s Kitchen street early Friday, police said.
The victim, whose name was being withheld by cops pending family notification, was crossing 45th Street about 3 a.m. when he was hit by a private sanitation truck traveling northbound on 10th Avenue, police said.
There is no criminality suspected.
