MANHATTAN — A man was found dead behind a Washington Heights building Sunday morning, authorities said.
According to police, authorities received a 911 call for an unconscious man at 4230 Broadway, near West 180th Street, just before 5:30 a.m.
When they arrived, they found the man behind the building unresponsive, police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was not immediately clear if there was criminality, and the Medical Examiner's office will determine the cause of death, police said.
