
BRONX — Police are hunting for several suspects who attacked a man in Morrisania, tying him up and then making off with cash and electronics.
The incident took place on Friday, April 13, on Eagle Avenue, a short stretch of road that runs between East 149th and East 163rd streets in the Bronx. The suspects approached the 46-year-old man around 8:10 p.m., pushing him through the doorway of his apartment building and binding his hands with a cable.
The suspects punched the man repeatedly before fleeing with an unknown amount of cash and electronics. The victim was then taken to Lincoln Hospital and treated for minor injuries.
Police did not specify the exact address where the incident occurred, nor how many men were involved in the incident. But they said the suspects were all men roughly 30 to 40 years old.
