MANHATTAN - Two teachers were were arrested Friday in The Bronx after one decided she was too drunk to drive and pulled over so the other teacher, also drunk, could take over the steering wheel, police said.

Diana Mancuso, 29, and Karen Aguilar, 26, were pulled over at East Fordham Road and Marion Avenue in Fordham around 8 p.m. after police observed the driver change, cops said.

Both were determined to be drunk and they were charged with driving while intoxicated, cops said.

Police found a small quantity of cocaine and a dagger in the car, which resulted in drug and weapon possession charges for the pair.

Aguilar and Mancuso, who each earn about $55,000, teach at the Entrada Academy on Fox Street.
